MoloCredit: Account Closure Process

To permanently close your MoloCredit account, please follow the steps outlined below. Our customer support team is available to guide you through every step of the process.

Account Closure Requirements

Before proceeding with account deletion, you must ensure all outstanding loan balances have been fully settled. This can be done conveniently through the MoloCredit mobile application.

Account Deletion Methods

You have two convenient options to request account closure:

Through the MoloCredit App:

Access your account settings and select the security options. Choose the "Permanently Close Account" feature and confirm your selection. This self-service option provides immediate processing of your request.

 

Via Email Request:

Alternatively, you may send an email to help@molocredit.cc with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" followed by your registered mobile number. Our support team will verify and complete your request within two business days of receipt.

Important Considerations

Please be advised that account deletion constitutes a permanent action that cannot be reversed. Upon completion of this process, all account-related information including but not limited to transaction history and personal details will be permanently removed from our systems. You will receive formal confirmation once the deletion process has been finalized.
